Information for Families
At GPAC‑N, we partner with compassionate, independent GPs who visit Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) to provide consistent, high-quality care to residents.
We’re not a medical centre — we support the doctors who care for your loved one. Our role is to handle all the behind-the-scenes work — like bookings, paperwork, Medicare claiming, and clinical systems — so the GP can focus on what matters: your mum, dad, spouse, or family member.
What You Can Expect
Regular GP visits from a familiar doctor who knows your loved one’s history.
Clear communication between the GP, RACF staff, and family.
Ongoing care coordination to support chronic health needs, reviews, and health planning.
We believe every older Australian deserves time, respect, and proper medical care — no rush, no shortcuts.
Fully Bulk Billed – Always
We are committed to 100% bulk billing for all eligible services. That means:
No out-of-pocket fees for you or your loved one
Care that’s accessible and equitable
Funded through Medicare and aged care incentives
