Our story
GPAC-N exists to rethink GP aged care. We are building a national support network that helps GPs, practices, nurse practitioners, nurses and aged-care facilities deliver more sustainable, coordinated and patient-centered care. Our goal is to reduce the administrative, billing and compliance burden that often makes aged-care work difficult, while giving clinicians the tools, team support and flexibility they need to focus on patients. Through practical technology, clinical governance, nursing support, billing coordination and RACF partnerships, GPAC-N helps restore continuity, dignity and confidence to aged-care medicine
